Ashlee McCarty is our newest pro in Sales & Marketing. In her role, Ashlee gets to know her clients and their MHE objectives in order to match them with the right machinery at an agreeable price. Her experience and dedication to her clients makes her a great fit for our team.
What is your work background and what led you to work at The Forklift pro?
My background is in business management. I stumbled upon the material handling industry by chance in 2015 as a Fleet & Warranty Administrator. I moved to Tulsa, OK in 2016 and started working for a local forklift company as a Service Administrator. It turns out that the owner of that company is a customer of The Forklift Pro, so when I decided to move back, he put in a good word for me and the rest is history.
How do you help solve customers’ problems?
I will gather as much information from the client as I can, such as what the issue is, what their expectations are, and what they think should happen going forward. It’s always good to know your clients’ needs and expectations so that you can accurately develop a plan. The more you know, the better you can assist them, whether it’s finding the right equipment for their needs or problem solving to achieve customer satisfaction.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy getting to know my clients and helping them find the right piece of equipment that suits their needs at a price that they are satisfied with.
