The Arrival
Equipment arrives at our Pineville, North Carolina, facility. It then begins a thorough check-in process.
Check-in
All of our purchased units go through the check-in process. Equipment is cleaned, inspected, photographed and made available to our sales staff. By taking the equipment through the check-in process, we are able to confirm that the unit matches the stated purchase condition.
The Sale
Our sales team is multi-lingual and has over 130 years of combined experience. Through the entire process, you have access to a dedicated sales representative as your point of contact.
The Shop
Keeping up on the maintenance, out technicians perform engine replacements, transmission work, paint work, new tires, electrical troubleshooting, battery work, and the like, in order to meet the customers’ needs.
The Delivery
Our in-house logistics staff gets your load out in a timely and cost-effective manner. Our Landoll trailer delivers up to 200 miles from Charlotte. We have efficient delivery plans for out-of-area domestic customers and international clients.
